Kimberly Ann (Harlan) Laster, age 62 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 3:21 am on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a late date.

Kimberly worked for many years at various hotels as a housekeeper.

Kimberly is survived by her husband of almost 42 years, Michael Laster; daughter, Kayla Britt and husband Nathan; sons, Jerimy Harlan and wife Tabitha and Jarrad Laster; step son, Josh Laster; grandchildren, Presley Laster, Benjirman Laster, Chloe Britt, Braxton Laster, Claire Britt, Bryce Laster, Gracelyn and Bri; great grandchild, Kenzo; sister, Jennifer Magurie; brother, Jay Harlan; several nieces and nephews.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents, Jackie and Karen (Myers) Harlan; sister, Devi Watson.
